1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Micro-Host mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Micro-Host ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Micro-Host is a property management application for short-term rental hosts. The App provides tools for managing bookings, properties, cleaning schedules, financial summaries, and guest portals.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the App.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately at tsotos@gmail.com of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

Micro-Host may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid features are described in the App and on the pricing page of our website.

All payments are processed securely. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its related systems.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the App ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process Your Content solely to provide the service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content, including guest data and property information.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, logos, and all related content (excluding Your Content), is the exclusive property of Micro-Host and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

The App is a management tool to assist hosts. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and tax obligations in your jurisdiction. We do not provide legal or tax advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Micro-Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunities.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time by following the instructions on the Delete Account page.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in good faith. Where legal proceedings are necessary, they shall be conducted in the appropriate jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
